Savoy's Fashion Inc. ships prepaid and invoices for the charges.
Our standard of shipping method is UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested (Next Day, 2 nd Day, 3 rd Day, and UCL). If you have your own UPS account number, please contact us via phone or email to provide this information. It will be saved on your file and used for all your future UPS charges.
We use UPS standard for all international shipments, unless otherwise requested. If you have your own shipping method, please contact us so we can prepare your order accordingly.
Should a package be refused and shipped back to us, the costumer will be responsible for all subsequent round trip fees.
We process and ship in stock orders same day if order placed before 12PM (PST). Any orders after 12PM will be next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Should we have an out of stock item you will be notified via phone to arrange a backorder of said stock. You can check the UPS website for estimated delivery times based on your location. Use "Los Angeles" for city and "90015" for origin.
Area Exclusivity
We try to maintain exclusivity for all our costumers following these guidelines:
In large cities: Distance between stores in question must be a minimal separation of 10 miles apart.
In rural areas: Distance between stores in question must be a minimal separation of 25 miles apart.
Any distance below the mentioned above will NOT be considered for exclusivity.
Only factory damaged merchandized will be eligible for return and store credit will be given to account.
Defective items must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of being received. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please verify your order as soon as it arrives.

Once approved, we will issue an RA number and arrange for UPS to pick up the box the next business day. Please leave damaged garment ready for ups to pick up. Make sure all original packaging materials are intact and include RA # inside box.
Savoy's Fashion does not process refunds; only store credit will be issued for returns/exchanges. Credit will not be issued to items returned without the original packaging materials or the RA number. All returns without an issued RA number will be refused. And you will be held accountable for all fees.
We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damaged or lost items during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS
Clearance/Sale items will not be considered for returns or exchanges. These sales are final.
